MBE 570, Modugno (BA)
The initiative of Fondazione Italiana Accenture aims to collect and reward the best project presented by young people under 30 who manage to respond to the challenges that the Business world and the Third Sector must face in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda set by the United Nations.
Each participant will be able to respond to one or more Sustainability Challenge by proposing their Project.

The competition offers two types of prizes:
Young people under 30, university students or graduates (e.g. enrolled in a university, post-graduate Master's or Doctoral course, or already in possession of a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree) can participate in the Competition.
Youth in Action for Sustainable Development Goals' participants have the opportunity to develop new skills in the field of sustainable development, and, in particular, to learn more about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals promoted by the United Nations thanks to an e-learning course on SDGs available to all participants.
Finalists are guaranteed participation in a workshop, with training sessions dedicated to the finalization of projects and direct interaction with Partner companies. The topics covered will range from an analysis and improvement of the idea presented to a focus on how to present one's idea in the pitch phase, up to the refinement of one's CV.
The purpose of the challenge is to develop a Diversity&Inclusion Volunteering program, whose results can be easily measurable. The program must provide for global coverage of the initiative, with participation on a voluntary basis by the entire company population. It will have to ensure that the voluntary activities carried out by the participating employees comply with the principles and values of the Group, and that the activity and the results obtained from these initiatives (eg funds raised, number of dedicated "service" hours, etc.) can then be measured and reported, meeting ESG reporting requirements.
