MBE acquisisce PACK & SEND UK

 

MBE Worldwide S.p.A. (“MBE”) è fiera di annunciare l’acquisizione del 100% del capitale di PACK & SEND UK Limited (“PACK & SEND UK”) dall’ex-Master Licensee di PACK & SEND UK tramite World Options Holdings Limited controllata da MBE.

MBE è una piattaforma leader per il commercio a livello mondiale che fornisce soluzioni di e-commerce, spedizione, logistica, marketing e stampa a supporto di PMI e privati. Nel 2022 MBE ha servito più di 1 milione di clienti business nel mondo generando un fatturato aggregato di €1,3 miliardi (US$1,4 miliardi) attraverso più di 3.150 Centri Servizi in 52 Paesi - e €22 miliardi (US$23 miliardi) di ricavi lordi dalla vendita di prodotti attraverso la piattaforma digitale per e-commerce PrestaShop.

PACK & SEND SYSTEMS (“PACK & SEND”), franchisor della rete PACK & SEND e acquisita nel 2021 da MBE Worldwide, è stata fondata a Sydney, in Australia, nel 1993. Da allora ha operato nei settori delle spedizioni e della logistica attraverso una rete di Affiliati e di Master Licensee. PACK & SEND UK è diventata operativa nel Regno Unito a partire dal 2009 in qualità di Master Licensee di PACK & SEND, dando supporto ad una rete di Affiliati che attualmente conta 20 Centri Servizi.

Con questa acquisizione MBE rinforza la propria presenza diretta nel Regno Unito, mercato in cui opera attraverso tre marchi: Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options. PACK & SEND UK continuerà ad operare nel Regno Unito come società indipendente. Tutte le società appartenenti al gruppo MBE che operano nel Regno Unito manterranno infatti i propri modelli di business e i propri marchi.
